
The project.
A one-day full takeover of Regent Street, London for the annual NFL fan zone, facilitating 200,000 fans across the day in celebration of the 2016 programme of NFL League games played across Wembley Stadium and Twickenham.
Delivering the fan zone required a carefully planned install, live period and derig all within a 24 hour window that allowed all sponsors, partners and vendors to activate successfully and deliver their various messages.
Activities onsite included a fully programmed stage, the official NFL Marching Band and Cheerleading team, a fully programmed stage with VIP appearances, a VIP Hotel Hospitality takeover, a series of inflatable NFL games, a huge array of food and product vendors and much more.
